How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
2. Contact us directly and we'll help arrange the refund with Paddle.

Most refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel an active subscription at any time from your account settings or through paddle.net. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
