  • To create and operate your account and provide the Service (contract).
  • To generate budgets, projections, and AI-assisted insights you requested (contract).

  • Paddle.com — our Merchant of Record, which processes payments, manages subscriptions, calculates tax, and issues invoices.
  • Infrastructure and service providers — hosting, database, authentication, analytics, error monitoring, and email delivery providers acting on our instructions.
  • Professional advisers — legal, accounting, and compliance advisers, when needed.
  • Authorities — when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. International transfers

Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You can request deletion at any time (see Your rights).
